Our 95% basic program is simple.
Pay a flat monthy fee (about half of what you currently pay your broker on ONE DEAL now)... and all of your transactions close at 95%
(BONUS: our 95% is a REAL number, not an 'after franchise fee' number. you bring in a check for $10,000, you get a check for $9,500.00!)
There are no additional or hidden charges, and you never pay extra for printing, phones, lawn sign installation, etc.

95% "RAPP" (alternative) Program
Pay a much smaller set fee each month, while the balance of your monthly cost is credited to your account from each transaction you close.
Once you reach a low "Cap" of closed transactions, all subsequent closings are paid at 95%

"Rapid Advance" NO-COST Program
We know that some agents may not be comfortable jumping into a 95% program, so we've created the unique "Rapid Advance" NO-COST progressive plan. You pay nothing each month, and commission payouts go to 80%. (MUCH easier to reach with us than in any conventional company)
But that's not all. While other companies automatically 'roll back' commissions at the beginning of each year, we don't. The split you finish the year at is the split you start earning at the following year, from your first closing!
