If you've ever thought of opening your own office, but you were put off by the start-up costs, running expenses and risk, RE/MAX is the place for you! Select from one of 3 different programs, depending upon your income-expense needs...and you're always free to select a different program from year to year!

• 95% PrePaid Program

Pay a set fee each month, and all of your closed transactions are paid out at 95% (100% minus a 5% admin. fee).

• 95% 'RAPP' Program (stands for "RE/MAX Alternative Payment Plan")

Pay a much smaller set fee each month, while the balance of your monthly cost is credited to your account from each transaction you close. Once the program fee is paid up, all subsequent closings are paid at 95%, and the monthly fee stops!

• 95% 'EZ RAPP' Plan

Works the same way as the 'RAPP' Program, but with NO monthly upfront fee; your monthly chagre is simply deducted from your check when you close a deal.
